I specialize in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a transformative approach that views your mind as a "family" of different parts—the voices inside that carry your thoughts, feelings, and protective instincts. Sometimes, these parts become burdened by old wounds or beliefs that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll embark on a journey to understand and heal these facets of your inner self, helping them move from conflict to connection.
My Background & Expertise
As a Certified IFS Therapist, I have had the unique privilege of staffing multiple IFS Institute’s Level 1 trainings and working directly alongside IFS founder Dick Schwartz and Jeanne Catanzaro for their Harmony Within workshops. This deep immersion in the model allows me to guide you with a steady, practiced hand.
A Tailored Approach
No two systems are alike. I integrate IFS with specialized Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO) for couples, along with breathwork and meditation. My goal is to empower you to become the architect of your own healing, nurturing a state of self-compassion and lasting inner peace.
Presence is the greatest gift we can offer ourselves and others. My daily mindfulness practices are the heartbeat of my well-being and the anchor that allows me to be fully present with you. I believe that even a single moment of mindful awareness each day has the power to transform how we move through the world.

Breathwork is a powerful somatic tool using conscious, rhythmic breathing to help you drop out of the 'thinking' mind and into the body. By gently shifting your awareness, these journeys allow you to process emotions and release physical tension that words alone often can’t reach.
